Aura: The Ultimate App for Mindfulness
Before discovering Aura, I often spent a little too much time browsing the web for quality soundscapes and guided mediations. Eventually, one of these searches led me to an article that mentioned this app. Both TIME and Forbes had only good things to say about the content, so I tried it out. Upon downloading it, I discovered that this app is a hidden treasure.
Offering a wide variety of engaging meditations, music, and more, tuning into the app became a big part of my daily routine. Ultimately, I gave into paying the eight dollars a month for full access, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The sleep hypnosis sessions have ridded me of my insomnia, and the affirmations series have made positive thinking throughout the most stressful of days so much easier.
The positive impact Aura has made on my day-to-day mindset and quality of life leads me to strongly recommend trying it out. My favorite part? By offering sessions in durations from only 5 minutes to over an hour, fitting in the time to work on yourself is no longer a problem— perfect for the workaholics.
